Hey all thanks for the forum, We have bought a mudbrick and wooded stumped and beamed house not long ago. We love it but have no idea about upkeep. I have noticed at the base of every support there is a peice of black pipe protruding from the ground. Can anyone help and enlighten me on what these are for????? Cheers for any insights.

Hi, i know this is an old post.......... the poly pipes may be for "white ant" treatment.....
Check on that one but it has been done in the tropics where they are as big as buffs... gets the treatment right into under the place it is needed...
Again, check on that
