Our organisation includes members from all aspects of earth building, including but not limited to: design, construction and materials production, as well as owner-builders and people interested in the preservation of earth construction.
Everyone is welcome to join EBAA, either as an Individual member or as a Business member. Or, subscribe as a Friend of EBAA to receive first-hand updates and support our mission to promote earth building across Australia.
Both Individual and Business membership categories carry a single voting right. Membership benefits include free participation in “EBAA Earth Matters” online webinars, discounts on the EBAA publication “Building with Earth Bricks and Rammed Earth in Australia” and conference fees. EBAA conferences may accrue CPD points.
Further benefits are available to Business members. Business members receive a certificate, use of the EBAA logo, a practitioner listing on the EBAA website, as well as discounts on bulk purchases of our publication.
If you do not wish to become a member though wish to support our work in research, you may join as a Friend of EBAA. Friends have no voting rights. Friends receive first-hand news regarding the association’s activities and upcoming events. The money collected from Friends goes directly to our research fund.
Membership and Friend subscriptions are for one-year starting 1st July of the current year and ending 30th June of the following year. Renewable on 1st July of the following year. Don’t wait for next year to join. Please contact Admin for a pro-rata calculation of fees based on quarter-year basis.
